PI8000 - Impact Echo/Pile Integrity
The Proceq PI8000 is a high-resolution phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) system designed for fast, accurate inspection of concrete structures and civil infrastructure. Using advanced ultrasonic imaging technology, the PI8000 enables engineers and inspectors to visualize internal concrete conditions in real time, helping identify structural defects without destructive testing.
Engineered for field efficiency, the PI8000 captures dense ultrasonic data to detect features such as voids, honeycombing, delamination, cracks, tendon ducts, and embedded objects within concrete elements. The system provides intuitive 2D and 3D imaging through the Proceq Pundit Imaging App, allowing users to quickly interpret results and generate detailed reports directly on site.
With its portable design, rapid scanning capability, and powerful imaging software, the PI8000 is ideal for bridge inspections, tunnel assessments, concrete quality evaluation, and structural investigations. It provides engineers, contractors, and asset managers with the reliable data needed to assess structural integrity, support maintenance decisions, and extend the lifespan of critical infrastructure.
